Microsoft 365 (Office) Installation

UCC provides its students with free access to the Microsoft 365 Suite of apps as well as access to the web-based version. For instructions on how to download the desktop version, follow the steps below.

Step 1:

Log into your student email and click the profile icon in the top right corner.

Step 2:

Click on View Account.

Step 3:

Click the hamburger menu in the top left corner of the page.

Step 4:

Click Microsoft 365.

Step 5:

Click the dropdown for Install and more and click Install Microsoft 365 apps.

Step 6:

Click Install Office. This will download the Office installer.

Step 7:

Open the installer and follow the instructions to install the latest versions of Microsoft 365 apps on your computer. When the installation is finished, sign into Microsoft 365 using your student credentials.
