Located in the Sue Shaffer Learning Commons & Library is the student-facing technology help desk. The desk is staffed by a professional Information Technologist. They are available to assist students with a number of technological problems from software-related issues to understanding the single-sign on and email migration.

The Sue Shaffer Learning Commons and Library is located at 1140 Umpqua College Rd., Roseburg, OR 97470. The primary entrance is located on the side of the building facing away from the parking lot. 

Directions to the Sue Shaffer Learning Commons and Library:

  • Take exit 129 from I-5.
  • If coming from the south, turn right at the stop, and left onto Umpqua College Road.
  • If coming from the north, turn left at the stop sign.
  • Travel East on Umpqua College Road for approximately one mile.
  • The college will be on the left side of the street, the Sue Shaffer Learning Commons and Library is located just after the fountain in front of the Del Blanchard Administration Building.
